How Our Auto Reminder Text Works

The auto-reminder text is a feature built into the MaidEasy Software. Simply type the message in the comments boxes for each client and MaidEasy software will do the rest! Our software has the ability to set up two auto reminders by text message. We choose how many days ahead we want to schedule our text message out. It has the ability to text your client up to 6 days out and right up to the appointment.

In the example below, we have chosen to send a text message the day before their cleaning and then again half an hour before so they are able to prepare for our cleaning professionals.

You are able to customize on the client template how you would like each client to be reminded.

MaidEasy will then automatically send a reminder to the client about their upcoming cleaning.
