Frankly, I do not know how we survived the years without MaidEasy. We have been in business since 1987 and started the business with a dry erase board on the wall! We graduated to an appointment scheduling software designed for appointments but not for set up for a cleaning business. I happened upon MaidEasy during a search online and knew this was the one for us.
Denise walked us through every step of the process, and the tutorials are extremely helpful until you get the system down pat. Whenever we had questions, we got answers right away! It is easy to understand and has a lot of great features that are not available anywhere else.
One of my favorite features is the phone log follow-up. We have more than one person who schedules appointments so things could possibly get confused. With this feature, we have an accurate account of what the client said, what day and who took the information.
There are so many great record-keeping tools on this system that you have to try it to appreciate it.
