I would highly recommend MaidEasy Software. This software is very user friendly and easy to learn. It has made a huge difference in my cleaning business as my company has grown. It keeps me organized and on track. I would say the VALUE is in the customer service and technical support. I cannot tell you how many times Denise has walked me through different things regarding the software. She always goes above and beyond!!

The most incredible thing is how much the owner truly cares. I have been in a panic state of mind on two separate occasions thinking my computer had a virus and was ready to crash. When I called MaidEasy, the owner answered AFTER business hours and treated me as if I was the most important thing going on in his life at the time. He took the time to help me get my information backed up properly so that I did not lose any valuable information. He even scheduled a follow up call the very next day to see how things were going.

Frankly, I do not know how we survived the years without MaidEasy. We have been in business since 1987 and started the business with a dry erase board on the wall!  We graduated to an appointment scheduling software designed for appointments but not for set up for a cleaning business. I happened upon MaidEasy during a search online and knew this was the one for us.

Denise walked us through every step of the process, and the tutorials are extremely helpful until you get the system down pat. Whenever we had questions, we got answers right away! It is easy to understand and has a lot of great features that are not available anywhere else.

One of my favorite features is the phone log follow-up. We have more than one person who schedules appointments so things could possibly get confused. With this feature, we have an accurate account of what the client said, what day and who took the information.

There are so many great record-keeping tools on this system that you have to try it to appreciate it.
