Once you commit to the MaidEasy System, you are in good hands. If you have high
speed internet access, we can install the software over the internet using a screen share
tools. This allows us to actually view your computer screen and use your
mouse and keyboard. After we connect, our staff will install the system and
then show you how to start using the system.
Online Training
First Week
Each day we ask that you spend one to two hours on our system. At
the end of the five days, you will be scheduling customers, printing work orders
and using the system daily. All we ask is to let us show you!
Second Week
On the second week we will be show you how to figure a payroll based on
the first week information, customize your schedule and work orders, develop customer
memos. We'll teach you all of the little tricks that can make your life easy!
Because the personal On Line training can be time consuming we require an appointment.
We try to keep the training sessions to less than 45 mins.
Online Video Library
You will also have access to our video training library. The library is located
